Brickyard Garden
This painting is made from a memory I have of a red brick garden by my childhood home. The garden was filled with growing wildflowers and the bricks were decaying over time leaving all kinds of textures and colors for the imagination to enjoy. I stippled paint over the canvas using a sea sponge to get some unique textures and colors. I love the warm background colors and softly growing white flowers.
